Buff brick pairs with black steel to reference the neighborhood's industrial past. Inside, strong modernist elements and natural materials balance to create fresh and functional environments. Created to bring the outdoors in, most residences feature a private terraces, recessed between slender brick masses. The seventh floor is set back for a landscaped, oasis-like rooftop that becomes a serene retreat for NX residents.
